KS1 Sports Day was a huge success with over 180 children active and competing on Monday afternoon.
A massive congratulations to Birkdale who came out as the day’s winners!

Leeds Gymnastics Club
In November 10 children from Key Stage 1 attended Mini Ninja training at Leeds Gymnastics Club in Seacroft.
The children learned how to warm up their bodies properly before working on their balance and coordination using the professional equipment at one of the very best gymnastics clubs in Leeds!
Year 2 athletics competition
25 Year 2 children represented the school in a mini athletics competition which was held at Allerton High School. They were competing against two other schools in the area in a variety or running, jumping and throwing events. The children were a credit to the school and they worked extremely hard in all events, the best bit about it was that they had a smile on their faces from start to finish.
