The netball team traveled to Harehills Primary School and carried on where they left off on Friday, the team battled the elements to run out 6-0 winners in what was a tough match against a good side. The team are going from strength to strength and it is great to see them get the results that their performances deserve.

Netballers back to winning ways.
The netball team put in a truly fantastic performance to beat Bramham Primary School 8-2. From start to finish the team did everything that was asked of them and they played with real confidence and skill.
Netball match vs Holy Rosary
The netballers found themselves on the wrong end of an 8-0 score line as they took on a very very strong Holy Rosary and St Anne’s side. The children put up a good fight but unfortunately they were up against a better side. I cannot fault the team for their effort and attitude and I am confident that we will improve on the score line in our next match.
Netball match against Holy Rosary
The netballers suffered a heavy defeat against Holy Rosary Primary School, in what was their first ever league match, and although the score line wasn’t one that we were wanting there were a lot of positives to take away from the match. It was a very shaky start from Allerton C of E Primary School and it was clear from the start that the team were very nervous but as the game progressed they grew in confidence and continued to show real determination throughout the game. I am confident that with a few more games and a bit more training the team will go from strength to strength.
Netballer’s are off to a flying start!
The Netballers have been training hard all year and this showed when they took part in the Active Schools Come and Try Netball festival. Both teams went unbeaten in all 4 of their games and all performed really well. There was some great netball played and the children’s attitude, commitment and sportsmanship was exemplary. It was also really nice to see some new faces representing the school team. A huge well done to all involved.
