On Wednesday, 12 girls from Year 5 and 6 took part in the White Rose Cheerleading competition at Morley Academy. They performed a dance routine with poms in front of a large audience and were thrilled to be awarded 3rd in their category. They also took part in a ‘Stunt’ workshop and Simrath demonstrated skill and bravery when lifted by the girls!

The judges commented on their “lovely high kicks” and “great energy”
